This building is a new, design-build, 90 key, three-story hotel. The Fairfield prototype design was adapted to fit City of Verona requirements on an unusual site and includes 38 enclosed basement parking spaces.
Guest amenities include a pool, breakfast dining, fitness center, and meeting room.
