We provided architectural and interior design services for new tenant remodel. The space included retail display, an office, open floor plan hair salon, nail salon, tanning room, waxing room, shampoo area, color bar, accessible toilet rooms, break room, laundry, and utility room. The exterior work included door removal, wall infill, and new window. The work was coordinated with a custom salon station design consultant.
