Metropolitan Place is located in downtown Madison and was designed to attract a diverse community of resident owners. This was a two phase condominium project with 238 units in two buildings. The top two stories in both buildings are two-level customized penthouses with hardwood stairs, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies at each level offering dramatic views of the Capitol and lakes. Redwood turrets and terrace gardens are additional features in some of the units. Condominium units feature 9’ ceiling heights, luxury baths, well-appointed kitchens, fireplaces, a variety of unique layouts, balconies and terraces. Individual, secure storage units were also provided for the residents, located throughout the building.
Condominiums range from affordable one-bedroom units to 3,000 square foot two- and three-bedroom luxury suites. Project amenities include an exercise room, dog walk, and secured parking in a covered ramp that is topped by a landscaped park, garden spaces and patio areas for the residents.
Phase I work was performed by Dimension IV-Madison staff when employed at HSR, the Architect of Record. Dimension IV – Madison was the Architect of Record for phase II of Metropolitan Place Condos.
