A large, empty, asphalt overflow parking lot at the rear of a shopping mall was reimagined to be an active, affordable senior housing community to help revitalize the area. The project is designed to encourage an increased sense of community and meaningful existence and includes affordable housing units.
Normandy enhances the neighborhood and is providing a residential environment that helps seniors achieve their healthy living goals, enhances quality of life, promotes social interaction, and provides a high-quality home. The three-story redevelopment includes 29 two-bedrooms and 29 one-bedroom, as well as underground and surface parking.
